If you ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE or WRONG COLOR.
After an order has been placed there is a small window of time you can change the shipping address, size and/or color by contacting us via email. If you have not yet received your package tracking ID number, then we can typically accommodate your requested change; however, we cannot guarantee this as the package may no longer be in our possession. Please know that if you have received your tracking ID number, then it's too late to make changes to the order.
RETURN POLICY
We cannot accept returns/exchanges on clothing that has been worn or washed. If an item is returned in new condition you will receive a refund, minus shipping cost. Contact us here to inform us of a return or exchange.
We do not provide return labels unless your order was mailed incorrectly. Please contact us for information regarding a return if you received an incorrect item.
In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed within 7 days of your original delivery date. Please bear with us as we are extremely short-staffed.
